Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to handle a diverse portfolio of properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional client management skills, and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and personalized service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and potential investment opportunities.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
• Stay updated with the latest market developments, regulations, and best practices in the Dubai real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai with a successful track record of sales and client satisfaction.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including residential and commercial properties.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
• A valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
