Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Negotiate and prepare contracts and other legal documents
• Develop and maintain a network of clients through referrals, networking, and cold calling
• Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS)

Pay: From AED 2,000.00 to AED 3,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
