As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Your primary objective will be to match clients with properties that meet their needs while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction process.
Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify properties that align with clients' criteria.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and surveys.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and appraisers to facilitate transactions.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent
Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Proficiency in Russian and German is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification (preferred).
