Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Leasing Agent to help us secure tenants, rent out properties, and ensure timely rent payments.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and secure tenants for available rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide potential tenants with necessary details.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure smooth rental transactions.
• Follow up with tenants to ensure rent payments are made on time.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants.
• Keep accurate records of rental agreements and payments.
• Stay updated on market trends to attract quality tenants.
• Proven experience in leasing or real estate sales (preferred).

Requirements

• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in real estate leasing or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to securing tenants.
• Ability to follow up on rent collections professionally.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000\.00 - AED3,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Location:

• Ajman (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
