• Market Research: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including property prices, trends, and emerging neighborhoods.
• Property Listings: List properties on various real estate platforms, ensure accurate and attractive descriptions, and update listings as needed.
• Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients, providing detailed information and answering any questions.
• Documentation: Assist clients with the legal aspects of buying or selling property, ensuring that all documents are correctly completed and submitted.
• Networking: Attend real estate events, network with potential clients, and build a strong client base.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients before, during, and after the sale, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
