Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Conduct property showings and open houses. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a strong network. Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documents (contracts, leases, etc.). Stay up to date with real estate market trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage. Valid real estate license (if required by your region). Strong knowledge of the local property market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
