We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a real estate professional, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and expert market insights.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct market research and provide property valuations Schedule and conduct property showings Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry regulations Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals Prepare and submit necessary real estate documents

Requirements:

Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience of 1-2 years in real estate Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of real estate laws and market trends Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software (preferred)
