We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Real Estate Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

buying and selling properties

, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role requires excellent communication and networking abilities to assist clients in making informed property decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to identify profitable real estate opportunities. Guide clients through the property purchasing/selling process, including legal documentation. Negotiate contracts and ensure the best terms for buyers and sellers. Maintain an updated database of available properties and potential buyers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Stay up to date with real estate laws, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (buying and selling properties).

Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software is a plus.
