Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Agent with 2 years experience , you will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in the market will help clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, offer professional advice and market insights to clients.
• Assist in listing of properties for sale or rentals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters.
• Conduct research of local market trends, property values, analyze comparable properties to determine competitive market price.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, facilitate agreements on price and terms.
• Prepare necessary documentation for sales/purchases and rental agreements. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate market. Attend industry-related events and stay updated on market developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support while addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties by utilizing online platforms and social media for property advertising.
• Draft and review contracts for property transactions by ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Guide clients through financing options and mortgage pre-qualification.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the buying/selling process and provide solutions to overcome obstacles in real estate deals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, college degree preferred
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.
Skills and Qualities:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage, lead, and educate real estate agents.
• A deep understanding of the local real estate market and legal regulations.
• Ability to utilize real estate software, marketing tools, and online platforms to manage listings and communicate with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
