Minimum 1 Year Experience in Real Estate

Full-time Experienced Real Estate Agent on Commission Basis.

Property Listings:

- Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent.

- Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with market trends.

Client Consultation:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial constraints.

- Advise clients on suitable properties based on their requirements.

Market Analysis:

- Research and analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood statistics.

- Provide clients with data-driven advice to make informed decisions.

Property Viewings:

- Arrange and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants.

- Highlight the key features and benefits of each property.

Negotiations:

- Act as an intermediary during negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

- Ensure fair agreements are reached for all parties involved.

Contracts and Documentation:

- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Marketing:

- Develop marketing materials for properties, including online listings, flyers, and other advertising platforms.

- Reach potential buyers or tenants through effective marketing strategies.

Customer Service:

- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process.

- Answer questions and address concerns promptly and professionally.

Networking:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, contractors, and other industry professionals.

Continuing Learning:

- Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.

- Maintain a competitive edge and offer the best service to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
