Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:Handle property sales, rentals, and leasing transactions professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their real estate needs.Market properties through various channels, including online listings, open houses, and networking.Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.Requirements:Proven experience as a real estate agent in Abu Dhabi.Valid UAE Real Estate Brokerage License (RERA).In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage your own leads.Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).UAE driving license required.What We Offer:50%-50% commission-based structure with no salary cap.Access to a portfolio of exclusive properties and leads.Supportive team environment with marketing and admin assistance.Opportunities for career growth and development.Applicants meeting the above mentioned criteria may send their updated CV and a copy of their brokerage license careers@proflexuae.com with the subject line: "Real Estate Agent Application - Abu Dhabi."
