Future Properties Management Real Estate is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent (Female) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and close deals.

Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and property features.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Market properties through digital platforms, advertisements, and networking.

Prepare and manage necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.

Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

ADM or similar real estate certification (preferred).

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English; other languages is a plus.
