Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Real Estate Consultants to join our team. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties and managing the end-to-end transaction process. Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Property Tours & Sales: Conduct property viewings and showings, providing insights on property features, local market trends, and investment potential.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings to offer clients informed advice.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate sales and lease terms between clients, guiding them through paperwork and ensuring successful transactions.
• Lead Generation: Develop new leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals, contributing to a robust client pipeline.
• Marketing & Promotion: Utilize marketing tools to advertise properties, including social media, online listings, and targeted campaigns.
Requirements
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a real estate consultant or in a client-facing sales role; experience in the UAE real estate market is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Licenses: Real estate license as required by UAE law.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong networking abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a commission-only structure.
• Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
