Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong client-focused approach, and excellent communication skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities :
• Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their property needs, and offer professional advice on available options.
• Property Listings : Actively source and list properties for sale and rent, ensuring detailed and accurate property descriptions and high-quality photographs.
• Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and real estate regulations in Abu Dhabi to provide informed advice to clients.
• Property Viewings : Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants, ensuring properties are well-presented.
• Negotiation : Negotiate offers and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Documentation : Assist clients with legal procedures, including drafting contracts, agreements, and ensuring compliance with local property laws and regulations.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and renters.
• Networking : Build a network of contacts, including real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions, to expand client reach and opportunities.
• Client Support : Provide after-sales service and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements :
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate agent, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate laws, market trends, and property management practices.
• Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Languages : Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Technology : Proficient in using real estate CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Work Ethic : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Education :
• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
