Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate property consultant. The property consultant will be in charge of representing our collection of opulent homes, fostering connections with clients, and assisting with real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase luxury residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
• Maintain a database of property listings and client information.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1-year sales & real estate experience (Off plan)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of real estate
• Can speak English and Arabic, other language is a bonus.
