Responsibilities:
• Quick processing of incoming requests from the company's advertising channels
• Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them
• Conducting showings of objects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations
• Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments
• Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result
• Providing real estate investment consultations for clients
• Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations
Requirements and skills:
• 6 months experience in real estate sales -
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhbai and understanding of the legal aspects of transactions
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Fluency in English language is required
• Asians will be more Preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication
• Ability to build excellent customer relationships
