Job Description

• Excellent verbal and writing Communication skills.
• Property listings & management on Bayut, PF, and Social Media
• Managing DLD systems i.e. Tarakhesi, Form A,B,F
• Preparing Contracts
• Handle invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information on properties.
• Developer Registrations and coordination
• Customer Services
• Cold Calling to leads
• Sales Coordination

Skills

• Must have 2 years experience in similar role
• Social Media Skills & Content Writing
• Excellent communication Skills
• Can do attitude
• Independently time management
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including agents, brokers, and managers.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Multiple languages is preferred
