You will responsible for managing property listings, coordinating tenant relations, and supporting property managers with administrative and marketing tasks. This role requires knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
•1. Tenant and Lease Management•
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenancy contracts in accordance with Dubai's regulations.
•2. CRM and Database Management•
• Utilize CRM software to track tenant and property information, manage client follow-ups, and monitor property occupancy and availability.
• Ensure data accuracy within CRM systems, updating tenant and property records regularly.
•3. Property Listings and Marketing•
• Create and manage property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, and other platforms, optimizing descriptions and images to attract potential tenants or buyers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote properties, create promotional materials, and handle social media postings if needed.
•4. Financial Administration•
• Track and process rent payments, generate invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, providing updates on occupancy, rental income, and property expenses.
•5. Vendor and Maintenance Coordination•
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of work.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders, coordinating access with tenants as necessary.
•6. Administrative and Regulatory Compliance•
• Prepare necessary documentation for property managers and clients, including Ejari registrations, tenancy contracts, and other regulatory documents.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements, RERA regulations, and other relevant laws.
Requirements:
• •Experience •: Minimum one year of Previous experience in real estate administration in Dubai or the UAE.
• •Skills •: Proficiency with CRM software, Dubizzle, Bayut, and other property management tools.
• •Knowledge •: Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulations, tenant laws, and leasing procedures.
• •Attributes •: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to handling tasks and tenant concerns.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
