Lucretia Agency, specializing in real estate in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and organized Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for a versatile individual seeking to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage payment plans for clients.
• Ensure follow-up on files with real estate developers.
• Handle daily accounting tasks , including records, tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform various administrative tasks , such as:
• Visa management.
• Coordination with internal and external parties.
• Organization and updating of administrative documents.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, preferably in real estate or accounting.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Personal Qualities:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality awareness.
• Languages: Fluent in English (French is a plus).
