•We are seeking a creative and detail-focused• •R&D Executive • •for our breading line, specializing in poultry and marinating seafood. The ideal candidate should be• •experienced in new product development and recipe creation , with a strong understanding of the• •UAE food industry .•

•Key Responsibilities: •

• •Lead the new product development process, from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with company standards and market trends.•
• •Develop and create new recipes, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and safety specifications.•
• •Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient product scaling.•
• •Conduct trials and tests to refine recipes and improve product offerings.•
• •Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to innovate and keep the product range competitive.•
• •Maintain accurate records of product formulations, testing, and development phases.•
• •Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.•

•Qualifications and Skills: •

• •Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in new product development and recipe creation, preferably within the food industry.•
• •Knowledge of food science, ingredient functionality, and formulation techniques.•
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.•
• •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.•
• •Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).•
• •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
