R&d Chemist
Job Description
• Develop and deliver high quality products and cost effective projects in line
• with NPFCL strategic objectives.
• Perform analytical testing to identify new formulations, process
• improvements, and cost savings techniques.
• Design, run, trouble shoot and improve processes on LABSCALE and
• production.
• Provide training to concerned production section, quality section, and other
• relevant department regarding newly developed product and improved
• products.
• Conduct batch test for samples from new raw materials/ manufacturer pre-
• shipment and report.
• Coordinate for ordering laboratory equipment, calibration and technical
• troubleshooting as required.
