Job Description
A leading Chemical manufacturing company is actively recruiting an R&D Assistant Manager for their Sharjah office.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. - Manage the formulation, development, and testing of new products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
- Assist in the implementation of research and development strategies.
- Lead and guide junior researchers and scientists.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide reports, research findings, and project updates.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and customer needs.
- PhD or Masters degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in R&D within the coatings or chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects.
- Strong knowledge of coating additives, formulation chemistry, and application techniques.
- Experience in using laboratory equipment and related software for R&D activities.
- Excellent leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
