Role Description

The

RCM Manager

is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient and accurate billing, claims processing, collections, and reimbursements. This role involves optimizing revenue cycle workflows, minimizing denials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Management, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, insurance reimbursement processes, and healthcare compliance regulations. Proficiency in RCM software and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. bility to communicate effectively with internal teams, insurance companies, and patients. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
