Job Position: Residency and Citizenship by Investment Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws: Stay informed about any changes or updates to immigration laws in the Caribbean countries to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
• Guide potential clients with expert advice on residence and citizenship by investment solutions: Assist clients in understanding their options for residence and citizenship by investment, ensuring that their objectives and requirements are met.
• Research, prepare, and conduct high-impact meetings: Conduct effective meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and prospective clients to promote the company's services.
• Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks: Evaluate potential clients to determine their suitability for the citizenship by investment programs and mitigate operational risks.
• Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates: Generate and nurture new leads to increase the number of successful client conversions.
• Provide a world-class client experience: Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
• Meet and exceed assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets: Achieve and surpass the sales targets set for the specific regions or jurisdictions.
• Utilize the company's CRM system effectively: Keep track of prospect and client interactions and data using the CRM system.
• Maintain high-level industry and program knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the investment migration industry to engage clients effectively.
• Oversee completion of relevant documents: Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and submitted within the specified time frame set by the government.
• Provide personalized global career strategies: Offer customized career strategies that align with clients' specific needs and goals.
Essential Skills:
• Engagement with High-net-worth individuals: Expertise in effectively engaging and advising High-net-worth individuals on their citizenship plans and objectives.
• Client-facing experience: Previous experience in client-facing roles such as investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, or sales.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with industry stakeholders, create proposals, and deliver presentations.
• Collaborative approach: Ability to build enduring relationships and positively influence others in a collaborative manner.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills: Exceptional skills in negotiating and persuading clients while exercising tact and diplomacy.
• Research and strategic analysis: Strong research and strategic analysis skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
• Analytical abilities: Ability to gather relevant information to provide accurate analysis and recommend suitable solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Educational background: A degree in business, economics, marketing, or other relevant disciplines; a master's or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Years of experience: Significant experience in client-facing roles like investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, or sales.
• Knowledge and experience in investment migration industry: Familiarity and expertise in the field of investment migration, specifically in residence and citizenship by investment.
• Strong international networks: Possessing a network of international connections that facilitate business development.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
