Job Description
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 6-8+ years and 5 eBS/Cloud Implementation
Technical/Functional Skills
• Oracle ERP eBS/Cloud experience in these modules Expertise in Enterprise Setup, Workforce Configuration, HCM Data Loader, Element Setup, Payment Method, complete Absence Management, Payroll setups, Fast Formulas, Payroll costing, Balance, HCM Extracts, OTL setups and formulas • Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 5 Oracle ERP eBS/Cloud project and Supporting Oracle eBS/Cloud
• Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle , SLA management and working with Oracle Product and eBS/Cloud support group
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations / support projects of Oracle eBS/cloud involving HCM and Payroll modules across industry domains
• Understanding of File based data import and export
• Experienced in OTBI reporting
• Experienced in PL/SQL
