**Job Overview:**

The R&M Technician - Completion Subassembly is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Carefully follow assembly instructions and diagrams to accurately build and wire completed subassemblies.

+ Perform thorough quality checks and testing on assembled units to ensure proper functionality and adherence to specifications.

+ Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, making necessary repairs or adjustments as needed.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.

+ Document and report any issues, concerns, or deviations from standard processes.

+ Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
