As our Radiation Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality cancer treatment to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiation therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.

• Evaluate and monitor patients' response to treatment and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including medical oncologists, surgeons, and nurses, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, such as linear accelerators and CT simulators, to accurately deliver radiation doses.

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

• Participate in quality assurance programs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress.

• Stay informed about new developments and research in the field of radiation oncology.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Radiation Oncology.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Oncologist.

• Solid knowledge of radiation therapy treatment planning, simulation, and delivery techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients.

• Valid license to practice as a Radiation Oncologist.
