Are you a skilled and motivated individual with experience in operating Racking Roll Forming Machines? Bin Mattar Al Quebaisy Technical Services, a leading Racking Manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Racking Roll Forming Machine Operators.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate Racking Roll Forming Machines efficiently and safely to produce high-quality racking products.

Setup and Adjustments: Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments to ensure the correct specifications are met.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the produced racking meets the company's standards and customer requirements.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to communicate issues, ideas, and suggestions for process improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Racking Roll Forming Machines.

Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot machinery.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.

Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety in all aspects of machine operation and workplace practices.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
