RAC Sales Engineer (HVAC) - Dubai Sales & Marketing

Position Summary

The RAC Sales will manage RAC sales and cover strategic accounts. The client set includes the on/off-line retail as well as corporate resellers. Majority of the focus will be on RAC devices.

Market: GCC Countries.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Analyze industry / competition trend
  • Grow volume/revenue and market share
  • Seek for leads/opportunities to gain access to new business sectors
  • Develop a sound sales/project pipeline in B2C sector
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy across market and channel partners
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Deliver high accuracy sales forecast for short/mid-term
  • Co-work with related departments within company to facilitate sales
  • Lead/support marketing team to develop & execute marketing plan (Digital, In-store, PR, events, campaigns, etc.)
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant B2C RAC experience
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Strategic & critical thinking
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness
  • Communication and \'people skills\'
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
