R&D and formulation team

and looking for an

experienced Formulation Chemist

with expertise in developing

institutional and industrial cleaning chemicals

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulations

for

institutional and industrial cleaning chemicals

, including:

Hard surface cleaners

Disinfectants & sanitizers

Degreasers

Dishwashing & laundry detergents

Descalers & water treatment chemicals

Floor care & restroom hygiene solutions

Research and implement

innovative raw materials and additives

to improve product performance and sustainability. Ensure all formulations comply with

international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

. Conduct

stability and performance testing

to validate product efficacy and shelf life. Collaborate with

procurement teams

to source raw materials that meet quality and cost parameters. Assist in scaling up laboratory formulations to

full-scale production

, working closely with manufacturing teams. Keep up to date with

industry trends, regulations, and competitor products

to ensure continuous innovation. Maintain detailed

formulation records, test results, and regulatory documentation

.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Proven experience in formulating

institutional cleaning chemicals

for industrial applications. Strong understanding of

chemical interactions, surfactants, solvents, and disinfectants

used in industrial cleaning solutions.
