Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quotation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, a deep understanding of drawings and designs, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3ds Max. This role is crucial for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate quotations for client inquiries.
• Understand and interpret design drawings and specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and 3ds Max for accurate measurements and designs.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities.
• Visit project sites to assess requirements and gather necessary information.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and vendors.
• Ensure all quotations align with company standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the interior design and fitout industry within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction drawings.
• Ability to prepare detailed bills of quantities.
• Experience in vendor management and price negotiations.
• Excellent site assessment skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
