: Quick Ship Planner Your role respoJob Summary:The planner coordinates orders from quote to execution. You will ensure that the Production and Materials Plan are synchronized to guarantee customer happiness.Finally, you will ensure detailed order execution from start to cash to meet the monthly sales plan while making timely delivery is met/exceeded.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Ensures HSE and 5S targets.
Owns the planning of a high-complexity value stream and ensures it meets the performance targets.
Ensures the Flow Efficiency is at the required level at each stage of the Enterprise (from Item Activation backlogs to shipping backlogs)
Carry weekly assembly capacity review along with the Operation, Quality and Purchasing Team.
Coordinates the Service Levels\' continuous improvement through good planning practices.
Owns the load in accordance with Planning rules such as Delivery Prospectus application and Date Management
Run monthly sales planning while ensuring the goal is achieved through material plan follow-up and coordination with internal collaborators.
Maintains monthly reports primarily on Service levels and Sales.
Drives process improvement across all functions

Held a 2-year (or more) material planning role.
Proficient with Oracle, Excel, and Power BI.
