Job Summary: The foreman will oversee all aspects of Quartz, porcelain, and granite work for kitchen projects, including calculating slabs, managing the cutting process, and ensuring high-quality installations, particularly in joints. Responsibilities: 1-Calculate the number of slabs required for each project and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery. 2-Supervise the cutting and shaping of Quartz, porcelain, and granite slabs to ensure accurate dimensions and minimal wastage. 3-Manage the installation process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, especially in joints. 4-Train and supervise a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed. 5-Ensure that all safety procedures are followed during the installation process. 6-Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure that all work meets the company\'s quality standards and client expectations. 7-Maintain detailed records of all projects, including materials used, labor hours, and any issues encountered. 8-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Quartz, porcelain, and granite work techniques and materials. Qualifications: 1-Proven experience in Quartz, porcelain, and granite work, with a focus on kitchen installations. 2-Ability to calculate slabs accurately and manage the cutting process efficiently. 3-Strong knowledge of installation techniques, especially in achieving high-quality joints. 4-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team. 5-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 6-Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to Quartz, porcelain, and granite work. 7-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8-Relevant certifications or training in Quartz, porcelain, and granite work are a plus.
