Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Oil and Gas

Location: Dubai, UAE

Availability: 0-10 days (Preference for Immediate Joiners)

Experience: Minimum 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports for MEP OR civil works in oil and gas projects.

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs, measurements, and valuations.

- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets and financial constraints.

- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

- Analyze and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

- Conduct cost analysis and cost control measures to optimize project profitability.

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial information.

- Manage change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring all adjustments are properly documented and approved.

- Prepare regular reports on project financial status, including forecasts and cash flow projections.

- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP and civil works within the oil and gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, techniques, and practices.

- Proven experience in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying.

- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
