Job Description
Quantity Surveyor (QS)/ Estimaor (Civil)
Have Experience of minimum 5 years in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved limits.
• Prepare and review bills of quantities, contract documents, and tender submissions.
• Identify potential risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
• Experience in civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation tools, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
