Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring that construction projects are financially viable and completed within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment to optimize project costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids and proposals.
Monitor project progress and costs, identifying variations and preparing change orders as necessary.
