Job Description
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Create adequate reports and documents, including data on bills, budget, number of items, and other associated parameters.
- Allow required services of contractors and other personnel after an in-depth evaluation of all necessary aspects.
- Include all the crucial aspects like the number of different materials, expected costs, overall budget, etc., for proper planning.
