Prepare cost planning and cost Estimates
Handle pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence
Prepare tender documents, addendum, analysis & negotiation & prepare the cost budgets and prices for contract variations
Monitor the project cost and preparation of cost reports
Propose the preliminary concept and estimated cost of the project, exercise skill, care, and diligence.
