Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Quantity Surveying works at Tendering Department in our offices in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate quantities take-off for Tenders projects and running construction projects. prepare bill of quantities for tender submission study the tender drawings and identify the exact scope of works prepare procurement packages and send price inquiries for suppliers Manage subcontractors' payments and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Oversee project payments, including the preparation and submission of payment applications. Prepare variation orders and claims, ensuring proper documentation and justification for changes in scope or costs. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to monitor project financial performance and address any discrepancies. Conduct regular cost analysis and provide insights for budget management. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong understanding of construction contracts and payment processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in building construction projects familiar with suppliers in Abu Dhabi Market
