Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for piping and structural works.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents to assess material and labor requirements.
Estimate costs and prepare budgets for projects.
Track and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with budget estimates.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate quantity estimation.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, variations, and cost control measures.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
Conduct site visits to verify work done and assess project requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in piping and structural projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with cost control and project management tools.
