Job Description
Designation: Quantity Surveyor
Place of Work: Factory (Al Sajja)
:
1. Reviewing plans and preparing quantity requirements.
2. Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
3. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents.
4. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
5. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
6. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
7. Prepare and maintain record of daily queries regarding projects.
8. Make quotations along with quantity and cost estimates.
Note:
Must have minimum of 4 years experience in the same position in Glass and Aluminium Installation Company.
Salary: 2,500-3,000 AED
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
