Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in fit-out projects to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects and be proficient in cost management and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: o Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects. o Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget. o Manage procurement processes, including material sourcing and vendor negotiations. o Review and evaluate contract documents, including scope of work, terms, and conditions. o Conduct regular cost analysis and provide financial reports to the project team. o Assist in preparing and submitting variations, claims, and cost reports.



Requirements

• BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. o Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects. o Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes. o Familiarity with UAE construction industry standards and regulations. o Experience in Fit-Out Works is essential.
