Job Description
Designation : Quantity Surveyor
Qualification : Diploma Civil Engineer
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in same field as a QS.
Skills:
• Good in Quantity Calculation.
• Familiar With Contracts and Payments Procedures.
Roles and responsibility
• Familiarity with forms of contracts
• Conversant in AUTO CAD, and CAD Measure based measurements.
• Familiarity with MS office package(Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint& Outlook).
• Taking off quantities of sub-structure, architectural, landscaping, and structural works. This includes quantity verifications using CAD/plan swift software or direct site measurements .
• Preparation of independent assessments for variations .
• Tender Analysis and Quantity Take off for Lumpsum project.
• Reviewing and validating payment applications .
• Reviewing and validating of final accounts and additional cost claims .
• Reviewing and validating Sub contractor Payment Applications.
• Collaboration and working as part of a team.
• Good communicator.
