Responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects of the ongoing projects,
to minimize cost and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Prepare/Review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Measure and value the work done on site.
Liaise with the Client, Consultant, Main Contractor on behalf of project team for billing related issues.
Advice project team on contractual claims.
Review and Prepare Project Variations with detailed analysis of Associated actual Project costs.
Assist Project Manager in the preparation of Cost to Complete for the Project.
Analyze outcomes for variation claims submitted and submit detailed reports for Management.
Summarize the value of completed work and prepare documents for payment requests.
Develop and maintain quality service that contributes to achieving the objective set out in the strategic plan and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain an environment and culture that improves health, safety and security.
Show commitment towards the quality policy & procedures and ensure that all activities and documents produced are inline as per the QMS.
Comply with established HSE policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided.
Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or in relevant field.
