Job Description

• Time related correspondence to Consultant / subcontractors.
• Attend Site coordination meetings with Consultant / Subcontractors.
• Preparation of cost / time impact studies on variations to project to determine whether the claim is warranted in conjunction with the project Manager
• Maintenance of production rates for equipment and labor for all trades. -
• Prepare and issue of all time impact programmers to substantiate / support claims (if applicable) at the post Construction stage.
• Preparation the project As Built programmed and close out schedule.
• Skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years experience with leading Roads contracting companies.
• The position is for Civil Roads Contracting
• Candidate must be proficient in Excel spreadsheet software and be able to set up project plans independently (Primavera latest version ) Candidates with experience in similar positions in large construction companies in the GCC who speak fluent English and Arabic will be given preference.
• Knowledge of cost control is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 5 years (Required)
