Job Description

:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can efficiently manage and oversee the financial aspects of our marble stone projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, specifically with marble stone, and will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and ensuring that all projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for marble stone projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Prepare and review project budgets and estimates.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on project financial status.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Male, aged 20-30 years old.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with specific experience in marble stone projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble stone materials, pricing, and market trends.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
