Basic Duties & Responsibilities To work with a developer in Ras Al Khaimah. Major Responsibilities are:
- Reviewing tender documents received from the Consultants
- Assisting Contracts Manager / Assistant Contracts Manager in tendering
- Follow up for the tender submission
- Tendering provisional sum items
- Evaluation of offers
- Experience in the UAE working with a Developer or Consultant
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Has worked in Building projects in the UAE
- Must be very good in Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Proficient in CAD Software
- Good Communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
