The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management and control throughout the construction project. Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for the project. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they align with the budget. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any cost variations. Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Review and approve payment applications and invoices. Provide regular project cost reports to stakeholders. Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects, preferably malls. Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and control. Professional certification or license may be required. Skills
