Highlights:Excellent proficiency in Cost X and measurement tools.Strong experience with various types of assets, including understanding design documents, different trades, measurement, preparing estimates, pricing, and reporting.Solid understanding of measurement and cost planning standards.Clear communication skills with the team.Client-facing and interaction capabilities.Experience in benchmarking.Pre Contract:Feasibility studies, concept, schematic, and detailed design cost planning and estimating. Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Pre-Tender Estimates. Value engineering, monthly cost reports, tender services including the preparation of Instructions to Tenderers, Appendix to Tender, Particular Conditions, tender analysis, negotiations, and recommendations.
