Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping/Irrigation Experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with specific experience in landscaping and irrigation projects.
• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing cost estimation, budget control, and contract management for large-scale landscaping or irrigation projects.
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscaping materials (plants, soil, stones, etc.), irrigation systems, labour, and equipment.
• Proficiency in cost planning, forecasting, and financial management for landscaping and irrigation projects.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate tenders for landscaping and irrigation projects.
• Experience with preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, including subcontractor agreements, material supply contracts, and client agreements.
• Detailed understanding of irrigation designs, materials, and installation processes.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques, including hardscaping (paving, decking, walls) and soft scaping (planting, turfing).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
